1. Do you have samples in stock?
Usually not, because they're usually custom-made batteries.
We could finish your sample quickly once order confirmed.
2. Q: Can I get free samples?
Yes. But please confirm the specifications and price of the battery first.
3. Q: What's the delivery time for mass production?
Usually 3-4 weeks, Depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on.
4. Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?
If it is a model that we already have, we will provide you the battery with the appropriate certificate.
Or we can help you apply for the certificate(CE,UN38.3). Not for free. But if we have a long-term partnerships, you'll get the fee back.
5. Q:When will I get the price?
Within 24 hours. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email.
6. Q: What about payment?
Payment terms: By T/T, 30% for deposit, and 70% balance before shipment. PayPal for small amount.
7. Q: What company will be used for making the shipments? DHL? UPS or others?
Via DHL,UPS and FedEx.
