Q2 : Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A2: Yes, OEM/ODM service avaialble, please share us your requirement/draft, production will be arranged according to your requirements.
Q3. Can I have a sample order?
A3:  Yes, sample order for test is welcome, we are confident on our product quality. 
Q4: What's your payment and delivery terms?
A4: Usually 30% T/T for deposit, and balance 70% paid before shipment. PayPal is suggested for small amount such as sample order.
Q5: How will you arrange the shipment? 
A5: Bulk order will be suggested to ship by sea, which is more cost effective; For sample orders or small orders, our partner forwarder will arrange via DHL,UPS or FedEx according to different counrty or area.
Q6: How is the delivery time?
A6: Depends on the order quantity and battery type. Usually, 7-9 working days for samples and 30-45 days for bulk order.
